Is there a contract?
No. Service is month to month and you can cancel any time without an early termination fee. The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep — we do not raise it after a promotional period.
How soon can you install?
Most Reno addresses are scheduled within five business days. You will pick a two-hour window when you order, and the installer calls ahead on the day.
Do I need to buy a router?
No. A Wi-Fi 6 router is included and stays included for as long as you have the service. If it ever fails we replace it at no charge.
Can I add DirecTV later?
Yes. You can add a TV package at any point and it appears on the same monthly bill. Call us or reply to your order confirmation and we will set it up.
What if I move?
If you are moving within our service area we will transfer your account and your price to the new address. If you are moving outside it, cancel any time with no penalty.
