About the Opportunity
Skynet Internet is building an in-house door-knocking sales team to expand its residential customer base throughout East Texas. We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative who understands the local community and enjoys connecting with people.
The successful candidate will introduce residents to Skynet Internet’s services, identify qualified prospects, close sales, and accurately track all activity through CRM.
Key Responsibilities
● Canvass assigned neighborhoods throughout East Texas
● Introduce residents to Skynet Internet’s plans, pricing, and benefits
● Confirm customer interest and assist with the sign-up process
● Generate qualified leads and close residential sales
● Record doors visited, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
● Meet weekly and monthly activity and sales targets
● Follow up with interested prospects in a timely manner
● Provide feedback on assigned territories and customer demand
● Represent Skynet Internet professionally in the community
Qualifications
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable approaching and speaking with residents door-to-door
● Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
● Able to work independently and manage an assigned territory
● Comfortable working outdoors and handling rejection professionally
● Previous door-to-door, telecommunications, or field-sales experience is preferred
● Familiarity with East Texas communities is an advantage
● Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone are required
Compensation:
● Base pay plus commission
● Uncapped earning potential based on sales performance
● Initial six-month performance review
