1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing services from Skynet Internet, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Skynet Internet provides fixed wireless and/or broadband internet services within approximately 50 miles of Gladewater, Texas.

Service availability depends on:

  • Location feasibility

  • Line-of-sight requirements

  • Infrastructure capacity

3. Account Registration

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account security

  • Update billing details as necessary

4. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities

  • Interfere with network operations

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Resell service without written authorization

Violation may result in termination.

6. Service Interruptions

Internet service may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment failure

  • Maintenance

  • Power outages

Skynet Internet does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skynet Internet is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business or revenue

  • Data loss

  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for:

  • Non-payment

  • Breach of terms

  • Illegal use

Customers may cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. FCC Broadband Consumer Labels

In accordance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements, Skynet Internet provides Broadband Consumer Labels for each standalone broadband service plan offered.

These labels are designed to provide clear, easy-to-understand, and accurate information regarding:

  • Monthly pricing and introductory rates

  • Additional fees and charges

  • Data allowances

  • Typical download and upload speeds

  • Network management practices

  • Privacy policies

Customers may review the FCC Broadband Labels at the point of sale and online at:

Skynet Internet complies with applicable FCC broadband disclosure regulations as required under federal law.
