Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Installation and equipment fees are non-refundable once installation is completed.
If you believe you were charged in error:
Notify us within 7 days of the charge.
Verified billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method.
If equipment is leased:
Equipment must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.
Accounts unpaid beyond due date may:
Be suspended
Be subject to reconnection fees
Unless required by law, partial-month refunds are not provided.
