Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel service by:

  • Logging into their account at skynetint.com/my-account/

  • Contacting support at support@skynetint.com

  • Calling 903-844-4638

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

Monthly Service Fees

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Installation Fees

Installation and equipment fees are non-refundable once installation is completed.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error:

  • Notify us within 7 days of the charge.

  • Verified billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Equipment Return

If equipment is leased:

  • Equipment must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.

4. Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Accounts unpaid beyond due date may:

  • Be suspended

  • Be subject to reconnection fees

5. No Pro-Rated Refunds

Unless required by law, partial-month refunds are not provided.
